The app is free and has no ads. The optional Grant Pass costs €1.99 per month or €9.99 per year and unlocks all designs, all personas, personal AI comfort, the full sticker album and up to 5 places.
Is Grantwetter available for Android?
No. Grantwetter is only available for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Why does the app need my location?
So we know how bad it is where you are. The server only receives an area of about 5 × 5 km and never stores your exact position.
Where does the weather data come from?
From Apple Weather (WeatherKit) – the same source as Apple's Weather app.
What is the grant-o-meter?
A score from 0 to 10 that combines temperature, rain, wind, grey days and even Mondays into one number: 0 means perfect weather, 10 means truly rotten weather.
Does Grantwetter work on Apple Watch?
Yes. The watch app shows temperature, grant-o-meter, the line of the day and the next hours, plus complications for your watch face.
Are there widgets?
Yes, for the home screen and lock screen – in all three designs.
Does the app work offline?
Without a connection it shows the most recently loaded data. Lines and comforts are stored in the app.
What is the poke streak?
In “Comfort me” you can poke the cloud until it smiles. The first smile of the day counts towards your streak. Forget a day and the Grant Joker saves your streak – once a week. At 3, 7, 30 and 100 days you earn a sticker for your album. Everything stays on your device.
How do I cancel the Grant Pass?
In your iPhone settings under your name › Subscriptions.
